Strategic Role:
- This role should focus on short and long term hiring strategies, looking for the current as well as future vacancies

Operational Role:
- Utilizing various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms, to identify potential candidates
- Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability for the role
- Coordinating and facilitating interview processes, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and making recommendations to hiring managers
- Engagement with the prospect candidate to ensure its smooth transition till Company Employee
