About the job: Focuses on sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet company's long-term goals with regards to having right workforce in the organization.

Strategic Role:

- This role should focus on short and long term hiring strategies, looking for the current as well as future vacancies

- Expected to have a deep understanding of the business to create a detailed JD and work efficiently on the open positions

- Should work with line management to plan for hiring

- Implementing data-driven TA practices involves using metrics to track the effectiveness of different sourcing channels, assessing the selection process, and continuously optimizing strategies for better outcomes 2.

Operational Role:

- Utilizing various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms, to identify potential candidates

- Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability for the role

- Coordinating and facilitating interview processes, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and making recommendations to hiring managers

- Engagement with the prospect candidate to ensure its smooth transition till Company Employee
