Overview :
As a Senior IT Recruiter with over 5 years of experience, you'll be a key player in our talent acquisition strategy, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT professionals. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and leveraging your expertise to identify the best candidates who will drive our company's success. From cultivating candidate relationships to streamlining processes, your contributions will be instrumental in building and maintaining a high-performing IT team.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Recruitment Planning: Analyze market trends, competitor practices, and talent availability to devise innovative sourcing strategies. Align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives to ensure workforce needs are met effectively. Work closely with department heads and HR to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Employ a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms, to attract qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process.
3. Talent Acquisition and Selection: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate candidate evaluations, and gather feedback from hiring teams. Guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection criteria.
4. Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance. Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering timely communication, feedback, and support at every stage of the recruitment process. Build and nurture relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the organization.
5. Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts by sourcing and engaging candidates from diverse backgrounds. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop inclusive recruitment strategies and promote a diverse workforce. Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations and company diversity policies.
6. Metrics Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and retention rates, to evaluate recruitment effectiveness. Generate regular reports and analytics to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance overall hiring outcomes.
Qualifications and skills required :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, B.Tech or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably good experience in MNC.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting IT professionals using various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other networking channels, have strong experience in Boolean search.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong experience in Stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
