Our client is a leading IT Services MNC need Talent Acquisition Specialist for Bangalore

1. Possess strong IT recruitment skills

2. Responsible for devising and deploying recruitment strategy and initiatives focusing on build out of diverse channels and gathering market intelligence and developing candidate assessment tools

3. Manage delivery of end to end Recruiting service across all hiring levels, including branding, sourcing, and contracting

4. Strong experience in sourcing skills across different hiring channels- social media, job boards, employee network

5. Keeping abreast of market intelligence and industry trends

6. Collaborate with business to understand critical demands

7. Possesses hiring expertise on campus recruitment initiatives

8. Managed key HR recruitment projects and is involved in day-to-day issues in all disciplines of Human Resources with minimal guidance.

9. Provides Human Resource guidance, advice, and support to assigned business unit employees and managers on all functional areas of Human Resources management. Accountable for providing daily Human Resource guidance, advice, and support to assigned business unit employees and managers.

10. Managing and presenting weekly and monthly dashboards

Education : MBA-HR (Full Time from UGC Recognized University/Institute)
