Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT

The client is an IT consulting and service provider that services over 1800 higher education institutions globally.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) IT Client, Gurgaon (EST Hours working hours 5.30 PM -2.30 AM) for their Gurgaon set up. The profile would be as below:

Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) IT Client, Gurgaon

Qualification & Experience: ICWA's/CA'S (Inter) with at least 4 - 6 yrs of relevant experience

Role/Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all recruiting activities in assigned teams or regions.

- Manage quality and consistency of resource acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Responsible for understanding the requirements & identifying the right candidate.

- Define, develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to meet the staffing requirements.

- Responsible for distribution of the work among vendors.

- Responsible for salary negotiations.

- Responsible for distribution of the work among vendors.

- Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories.

- Responsible for the Reference Check/ Background Verification of the candidates

- Creative sourcing methods like internal database, referrals, head-hunting, networking, etc will have to be used while finding the suitable resource

- Responsible for maintaining internal database.

- Following up on interested candidates on a regular basis.

- Setting up/scheduling Interviews between the designated managers and candidates.

- Managing the candidates till the time the respective team head takes over.

Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

- Ability to persuade and influence others.

- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.

- Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of advertising and branding techniques.

- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

Work requires willingness to work in 5:30 PM IST - 2:30 PM IST Shift.

Location: Gurgaon. Preference to local guys from Gurgaon having own transport

Salary: Attractive salary, above market standards, not a constraint.

The client is a 5 days (24- 7) working company in Gurgaon. The person should be flexible to work in EST/IST hours.
