Job Description :
- Person should be responsible for the entire gamut of Talent Acquisition exercise and directly involved in cost effective and timely recruitment system for the BUs.
- Manage the offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines
- Manage the complete end to end Recruitment in the field of IT & R&D.
- Interacting with HRBPs for upcoming business plan, presenting current hiring reports & time to fill report, Compensation worksheet discussion, Position in range fitment.
- Interacting with Hiring Manager/ Technical panels for Intake session.
- Coordinating with various vendors and ensuring delivery of good quality and quantity of profiles.
- Managing Employee referral program for PAN India hiring.
- Reports : Preparing different hiring reports, Projection & hiring reports, Open position and their status, monthly status reports of openings, joining, etc.
- Taking care of Pre-offer documentation and salary approval of all selected candidates.
- Follow up with offered candidate to ensure timely joining.
- Stakeholder management addressing their concerns and working on the areas of improvement to provide the best result.
