- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of high performing and relevant individuals

- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are met with delighting turn around, with a long-term talent strategy in mind

- We are hiring for one of the targets FMCG in the market.

- Looking for TA ,someone who has good experience in Manufacturing hiring.

Job location : Gurgaon

Skills Required :

- Work experience in talent acquisition in Manufacturing domain.

- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases and professional networks

- Experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- Stakeholder management

- Someone who has done corporate recruitment role for at least 8 to 10 yrs

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
