Job Summary:

Mizizi Management System Pvt. Ltd. is presently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist position for one of our clients who are into the banking and finance vertical. Following are the requirements for this position:

Location : HO, Kolkata

Experience: 6 - 8 years

Exposure to BFSI hiring is preferred

Responsibilities :

- To develop discipline and relationships with the key hire leaders and partners to ensure understanding of critical hires, gaps and priorities across India

- To deliver a seamless candidate experience.

- To ensure inclusive talent attraction and selection practices are in place

- Build a strong brand for the TA team in India

- Have a big picture view and the ability to communicate this to stakeholders

- Ensure the TA team delivers according to metrics and SLAs and increasing their skills set for future capabilities needs

- Building and managing a diverse and skilled talent team.
