Talent Acquisition Specialist - BFS

We have been hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist with our client. Client is a One Stop Treasury & FX Solutions Firm for over the last 19 years.

Role -

- Crafting recruitment strategies to build strong pipelines for the hiring needs.

- Design job descriptions that details the requirements for each position.

- Manage the end to end recruitment, screening, selection, offer negotiation and placement at all levels, coordinating with consultants.

- Ensure quick TAT and should be able to deliver results

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
