- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top fintech talent.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and smooth interview processes.
- Work on employer branding initiatives to position Zolve as an employer of choice in the fintech industry.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay updated with fintech hiring trends and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS -
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven ability to hire for tech, product, and business roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Understanding of fintech trends and industry-specific challenges.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth fintech company.
- Exposure to international hiring (India, US, or other regions) is a plus.
- Employer branding or social media recruitment experience.
