Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should be able to source, screen and onboard key talent in a niche market segment in a fast-paced ecosystem
- Act as a single point of contact to building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring effective candidate management
- Should be familiar with hiring for manufacturing discipline
- Should be familiar with hiring for IT requirements
Essential Skills and Experiences :
- Hands-on recruiting experience in the aerospace domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter; ability to work independently
- Strong sense of ownership; ability to take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle
Required :
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a startup ecosystem (preferred industry experience - aerospace)
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work in a high pressure environment and handle ambiguity
- Demonstrate interpersonal and relationship skills including the capacity to successfully relate to all hierarchical levels which includes verbal and written communication.
