We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our clients based out of Dubai.
Before applying to this position make sure, you must have at 4 years of "UAE Experience" in terms of Talent Acquisition
Job Description:
1) Create and publish job ads in various portals & network with potential candidates through social media & other potential sources.
2) Screen resumes and job applications & conduct initial phone screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates, as well as conducting interviews to both entry-level & middle management positions.
3) Manage the scheduling and feedback process with Line Managers and ensure a positive experience for both candidates & Line Managers.
4) Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
5) Ensure successful onboarding for new hires through effective communication with PROs & Line managers.
6) Participate in regular HR operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
1) Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Recruitment & Onboarding.
2) UAE experience is a must.
3) Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage
4) Excellent Interpersonal Skills
5) Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
6) Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality results.
