We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our leadership and niche skills hiring efforts. Key Responsibilities:

2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing methods, including social media, professional networks, and job boards, to identify and engage top candidates.
3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure seamless communication and effective recruitment outcomes.
4. Interview Process Management: Design and manage efficient interview processes, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
5. Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
6. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
7. Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future leadership and niche skills openings.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with a focus on leadership and niche skills hiring.
2. Skills:
- Proven expertise in strategic recruitment planning, candidate sourcing, and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple openings and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in metrics-driven recruitment.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
1. Certifications: Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or RSR.
2. ATS Experience: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
3. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends and challenges in leadership and niche skills hiring.
