- Play a pivotal role in designing executing and refining the recruitment strategies.
- You will be responsible for employee branding and hiring the best talent. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize all conventional and non-conventional sourcing channels such as social-media, skill-specific websites, professional and social networking sites/groups, search engines and possible forums to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for position.
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast. Enhance and streamline the current recruiting process.
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops.
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
