- Responsible for Technical/IT hiring - end-to-end recruitment cycle and manpower planning of the organization ensuring you conduct strategic planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships, and selling the Company as an employer of choice - all to ensure the right talent is available when needed.
- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Ensure that the Talent Acquisition team provide an outstanding high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through all points of the recruitment cycle.
- Lead the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition KPIs.
- Ensure full leverage of our system capabilities, including Applicant Tracking System.
- Bachelor's/PG Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar areas.
- 7 - 10 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience in a large corporate organization with experience in technical hiring.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment recruiting for professional level and specialists.
- Proficient in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, SLA's and devising a formal tracking process along with metrics and creating and maintaining a TA dashboard.
- Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements in business units to regulate direction of efforts
- Manage and guide a team of TA professionals, while also being a hands-on recruiter.
- Stakeholder management, regular reviews and meetings with the hiring managers
