Talent Acquisition - Technical (in a leading Fintech)
- Handle end to end recruitment activities - starting from job posting, talent sourcing, prescreening, assessment, interview, offer management and onboarding process for the assigned hiring requisition
- Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems.
- Proven work experience as an IT Technical Recruiter.
- Postings vacancies on portals and networking within time frame.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- The job profile will be 90% TA and the rest will be of generalist activities.
