Job Description:
- Would responsible for technology/Product hiring.
- Understanding the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
- Responsible for screening of resumes through Web Portals (preferably Naukri.com and Monster.Com), Professional and Social Networking sites
- Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview may be internally or with client / customer and ensuring following up.
- Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
- Positions handled in Tech hiring - Entry level to executive level
- Has strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing.
- To collaborate with different teams to get schedules and set up interviews
- Use different platforms to source candidates using correct search strings
- Maintain recruitment database with all candidate records
- Manage the end to end life cycle of recruitment
- Act as liaison with employment agencies.
