Overview:

Looking for a talented, smart working and result oriented recruiter with a high-level of passion.

As a recruiter, he/she will partner closely with the hiring managers and leadership team to build and execute long-term sourcing strategy to help hire the best talent and deliver the relevant talent on time.

He/she will innovate and consistently enable best customer experience at all times in the hiring process.

Identifying and hiring high quality talent is the topmost prerogative for this role within the timelines agreed upon with business teams.

Key aspects of the role include hiring top talent, provide best customer experience (candidate, interviewer & HM), constantly innovate, implement programs or projects with high standards and display high ownership at work at all times.

Core Responsibilities:

- Partner with business and hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of talent pool.

- Ability to recruit passive candidates and gauge pulse of candidates for role fitment and also knowing their aspiration.

- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.

- Conduct or arrange in-depth interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.

- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term plans of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.

- Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.

- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

Basic qualifications

1. Post-graduate or a graduate from a reputable institution / university

2. Minimum 2+ years of progressive full-life cycle recruiting experience within a corporate dynamic and search firm environments.

3. Must demonstrate experience in candidate generation (sourcing) across multiple channels, screening effectiveness, managing interview process, adherence to critical compliances and appropriate closure

4. Show understanding of candidate experience and stakeholder management

5. Working knowledge of Social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends.

6. Ability to source Business talent, with prior experience to hire for roles like Product, Program, Sales, Operations/Analytics and senior leadership roles.

7. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

Preferred qualifications

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Talent acquisition or recruitment role

- Master's degree in Human resource management

- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and consult effectively and independently.

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment

- Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives

- Ability to diagnose problems, think on one's feet, identify and drive appropriate solutions - Effective written and verbal communication skills
