TA_Product hiring_For a Startup_Bangalore

- Owning and managing the entire recruitment road map for various business like IT Infra Information Security, Technology Platforms (Development, Applications, Cloud, Automation), Digital Campaign, Analytics (Data & Web) and Agency.

- Managing the entire Product Engineering hiring for Developers, AWS/Azure, Automation, Product Owners etc.

- Driving dashboards and metrics for Weekly, Monthly global reviews with global respective senior leaderships.

- Effective collaboration with TA Program teams for initiatives like ERP, IJP and Vendor Management.

- Designing practices on-boarding, Campus recruitment and various TA/HR events .

- Managing and mentoring functionally a team of Junior recruiters - TA Sourcing and TA Operations.

- Responsible to drive the all sort of hiring Initiatives across India, leveraging Branding efforts to enhance the visibility of organisation across different Product lines and build a robust strategic ecosystem of scalability & Professionals
