Summary of the Role :

- Focusing on end to end recruitment for corporate function and focusing on employer branding and campus hiring

- Manage a team to deliver the overall recruitment operations and key change management projects.

- Provide the business with real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends.

- Develop candidate talent pipelines for future business initiatives

- Refine and manage consistent recruiting processes that support a positive candidate experience.

- Build dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.

- Develop & Implement Process Standardization across all our businesses and geographies.
