Talent Acquisition - Non technical hiring | Gurgaon | 4-6 Years
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end to end Recruitment process, including campus and lateral hiring.
- The incumbent would be expected to come up with recruitment plan based on the approved headcount
- Identify relevant sources for recruitment, stay networked in the industry, track movements of key potential talent in the market
Responsibilities:
Specific skills required :
- Hands on experience of having handled consulting/KPO hiring
- Proficient in Excel, Power point with ability to manage MIS and reporting
- Effective communicator, with proven problem solving skills
- Strong team player ability, collaborative, inclusive approach to working with the team
- High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills and strong customer focus
Qualifications:
- Experience & Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of HR experience with at least 4-5 years in leading Recruitment. Graduate/Post graduate degree
