The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment process. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing, and attracting the right candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from the beginning till onboarding. The incumbent will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the timely filling of open positions with qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and prioritize recruitment efforts
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Creation of Job descriptions in consultation with the hiring managers and updating the same regularly
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks as per the requirements of the JD
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and doing job offers
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices
- Ensure engagement of the offered candidates until their joining
- Development of hiring dashboards and metrics
