- Responsible for driving talent acquisition, campus program & EVP for the Commercial functions (not manufacturing). This will include design & implementation of best in class programs and processes which will have positive impact on the Brand.
- Lead a recruiter under this position, champion the talent acquisition, Campus & EVP agenda by working very closely with all the stakeholders Business HRs, Hiring Managers, Campus touch points & Recruitment Partners.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong relationships with External Partners Recruitment Partners, Campus, Agencies etc that will help deliver the plan.
- Analyze and Publish monthly recruitment dashboards and drive end to end process simplification and improvements
- Drive specific programs to improve candidate experience & quality of hiring managers
- Improve the TAT by being innovative
- Drive the Orientation program
- Drive EVP plan
- Lead end to end campus program drive change management in ensuring the deliver of the program.
- Play the role of BHR for all campus hires till a stipulated period.
- Prepare annual budgeting for responsible areas
