Main Responsibilities :
- Lead process improvements and implement best practices in recruitment function
- Work with business stakeholders to forecast headcount and ensure cost-effective measures of manpower planning.
- Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards periodically
Skills/Experience :
- Work experience of 8 - 10 years with at least two to three years in Recruitment function
- Proven relationship building and candidate sourcing skills through social media, job portals etc.
- Worked on HR projects/process improvement assignments is a plus
- Excellent in interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to meet deadlines and is solution driven
- Proficient in usage of MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Educational requirements :
- Full time Graduate with an MBA in Human Resources from a premier B-school is a must
