- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, open to work in IC role.

- Demonstrable experience of managing the complete Recruitment cycle.
- Hands-on experience of using multiple sourcing techniques and tools, with a special focus on social media hiring.
- Excellent team-management abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates).
- Building talent pipelines for our current and future job openings.
- Using a mix of sourcing strategies for fulfilling talent requirements
- Managing all existing and new partnerships with Recruitment Consultants, Job Boards etc.
- Oversee all stages of the candidate experience from application to interview to final communication.
- Building a rich database of potential future hires from amongst past applicants and referred candidates4
