Our client, one of a tier-one law firm based out in Bangalore is looking out to hire for their talent acquisition role.
Job Description:
- Onboarding & Offboarding Experience:
- Welcome new people upon their arrival and give them an office tour. Introducing business leaders/ HODs with new joinees, introduction with team members
- Handle induction of new people- interns, freshers and laterals, session on culture and values of the firm
- Addressing queries of new joinees post onboarding and those serving notice period
- Exit Process-Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends and discuss with HOD on any observations which require further review and intervention
Performance Management:
- Coordinating with P&O Operations Lead for location PMS process
- Conducting annual audits on the performance review data and reporting out observations to HOD before closure of process
- New and refresher trainings on goal settings, PMS process, system usage and query handling
Stakeholder Management:
- Working closely with CoE on all discussions with stakeholders
- Feedback: conducting FGDs once a quarter by level, once a year open house session at national level- in-person, Practice head and office heads doing the townhall once in a year
- Discussion with stakeholders on probation extension cases
- People Engagement
- Execution of engagement activities as per calendar planned by CoE Team like- Fahrenheit Friday, Blissember, Photography, CSR volunteering program, CSR day, D&I, R&R etc.
- Grievance Handling & Connect with people
- Create and conduct people surveys on a regular basis to understand gaps
- Handling people grievance receipts responsibly and ensuring confidentiality
EDUCATION LEVEL - MBA in HR
PQE - 3-6 years
