Talent Acquisition IT Hiring (5-12 yrs.)

An exciting Job opportunity in Bangalore for a working professional holding at least 8 years of experience in Tech/IT hiring. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of recruitment to ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day transactions. Also, you will be coordinating with key stakeholders across business and functions to determine the hiring needs of various stakeholder groups.

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Ensuring adequate control over the job requisition process initiated by business so that necessary approvals are in place for every vacancy communicating with the stakeholders to define, understand and review the requirements of every vacancy to ensure a focused search process

- Mapping all mandates using multiple / appropriate tools to have a better understanding of the available skill sets / talent in the market

- Using appropriate channels of sourcing to ensure mandates are closed within the defined timelines and at the right cost

- Building and maintaining adequate information / data that can help in assessing effectiveness / experience and other relevant recruitment matrices

- Ensuring that reporting and MIS are done correctly and on-time, prepare dashboards/presentations as per needs

Requirements :

- 8 -10 years of experience in Volume hiring / niche hiring/ IT Hiring

- Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of search, using multiple tools. Example, job portals, networking sites, cold calling, external vendors, etc.

- Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and adherence to process / policy.

- HR analytics and Dashboards

- Ability to build relationships and networks

- Excellent verbal and written communication
