Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition.
- Responsible for managing the client (Mining the existing and Developing New leads).
- Ensuring that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational Targets.
- Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop industry network with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence.
- Building strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs.
- Plan and implement strong process to ensure delight in candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g., past applicants and referred candidates)
- Create robust systems and processes to monitor the team performance measure key recruitment metrics through KPI tracking.
- Responsible for the overall practice and ensure proper process adherence is followed within the team.
- Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for the Practice.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
- Deliver on business team targets and meet overall quality parameters
Requirements and Skills:
- Strong and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, comfortable selling his/her ideas to client's and internal teams.
- Demonstrate passion and ownership to turn a big idea into a plan of action to ensure practice growth.
- Consulting experience, preferably in the Workforce Management Industry.
- Proven initiative to be hands on as well as lead others in the development of the practice and delivery of its services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
