Introduction:
- This position will be based out of Hyderabad office and will be responsible for delivering the end to end recruitment process for the organisation in India.
- This position reports to the Head of Recruitment; UK & International and has team management responsibility for 1 Recruitment Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Management of a Recruitment Administrator; providing ongoing support, coaching, mentoring and objective setting
- Maintain strong relationships with senior Hiring Managers and demonstrate the high value of an effective in-house recruitment function
- Stay in close control of all India recruitment.
- Work in close collaboration with the Head of Recruitment to help align to Group recruitment goals and strategy.
- Accurate and timely reporting for recruitment activity for the organisation
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for all India hires.
- Respond to hiring manager and other business stakeholder queries in a timely manner.
- Work across multiple different Business Units, delivering tailored recruitment solutions as required
- Attend regular meetings with the management of different departments to track recruitment results and discuss pending topics.
- Manage contracts with recruitment agencies and other suppliers; defining the need of new suppliers who will contribute to local recruitment/ employer brand activities.
- Define employer branding strategy for in India with the support of external partnering agency as required - setting employer brand activity on an annual basis, to help achieve recruitment goals.
- Work closely with the group PR, Social Media and Marketing team for employer branding, event management, awards application, press releases and presence in social media.
- Respond quickly to changing demands of the business and initiate recruitment drives as necessary.
Professional Qualifications:
- Excellent IT Recruitment background; well versed in a broad spectrum and seniority of tech hires
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- Computer literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Office
- Excellent communicator, fluent in English.
- Proven team player
- Strong people management experience
- Minimum of 5 year in-house recruitment experience within fast paced, growing companies
- Experience working within the technology space would be a strong advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior level stakeholders
- Experience delivering successful employer brand campaigns and event management
- Results focused and can work at pace
- A strong proactive personality, a person who is ready to step in and work on challenges
