Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Coordination with Global teams on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Experience in recruiting for investment banking, financial services, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
