- Responsible for end to end recruitment process and delivery. (Within allocated business units)
- Perform recruiting lifecycles including sourcing, screening, technical-evaluation, offer generation, negotiation ( benefit, bonus and salary) and follow up.
- Work with various vendors/consultants to fill in the open requisitions
- Work on all the job-boards to enhance the sourcing skills
- Initiate the offer approval process and negotiate the same
- Regular follow ups with the Offered candidates for Offer acceptance and date of Joining
- Co-coordinating with HRIS team for interviews co-ordination
- Planning the weekdays and weekends drives.
- MIS Reporting; Provided upper management with status reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis through the use of spreadsheets and documents
- Evaluated invoices raised, follow up on payments and track the same to closure
