Hiring for a Talent Acquisition Managerial role for a leading home healthcare service provider in India.
Job Location: Noida
- Must Have hands on experience in hiring medical and non medical staff
- Design and implement overall recruiting activities
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, job portals, referrals, social media etc. and accordingly prepare and post jobs.
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- On board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote company's reputation as - best place to work-
- Maintenance of the Recruitment MIS for the concerned vertical. Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
