Talent Acquisition/8-14 years/6 days working/Healthcare firm
- Build recruitment strategies including mapping talent and pipeline management, sourcing techniques, identifying talent channels, and taking them to execution
- Work with regional HR teams to understand the challenges on ground and develop strategies for a seamless and uniform hiring process
- Be an advisor and play a key role in manpower planning, creating employee value proposition and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Work very closely with the leadership team to understand the requirements well along with sharing market insights focused on improving quality and TAT
- Monitor and manage the HR budget to ensure optimization of resources
- Keep up to date and adapt as required to external HR trends, market practice and competitive actions
- Act as a key member of the HR Leadership team supporting the development and execution of HR priorities and programs
- Hands-on experience in full cycle recruitment
- Candidates with exposure to healthcare/pharma/consulting sector will be preferred
- Strategic TA professional who can get the engine running smoothly and understand the requirements well
- Proven track record of innovative Talent Acquisition management
- Understanding the nuances of working in a fast-paced environment
- Superior analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Go-getter and passionate to deliver in an ever changing, complex and dynamic environment
- Advanced ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively
