- End to end recruitment : End to End recruitment life cycle (Sourcing & Identify, Pre-qualify & Assessment, Applicant Tracking, Hire and On boarding)
- Understanding the requirements, selection process and identify profile of the potential candidates who can fulfill the job criteria.
- Primarily working for positions at Entry and Mid-level on pan India basis.
- Vendor Management
- Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, job portals, networking, headhunting and internal Database.
- Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates.
- Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and sharing profiles with the department heads.
- Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Negotiation with the candidate regarding salary, notice period, relocation & related issues.
- Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly MIS reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports
- Focus on industry mapping and active networking with key executives
- Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely
- Effectively built relationship with candidates.
