Collaborative Hiring Process:

- Advise hiring managers on effective interview techniques and selection methodologies.

- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:

- Utilize the company's ATS to maintain candidate records, track the progress of open positions, and generate recruitment reports.

- Ensure the ATS data is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.

Diversity and Inclusion:

- Actively promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to attract candidates from various backgrounds.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve the talent acquisition process continuously.

Compliance and Legal Requirements:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
