Detailed job description:
- Develop, implement and assess sourcing strategies, and lead end-to-end recruitment process for meeting the talent needs of the Company
- Manage and coordinate the strategy, logistics, and execution of campus recruitment efforts towards attracting the best and brightest students from campus
- Ensure continuous improvement to candidate and stakeholder experience through streamlined workflows, process simplification and other targeted initiatives
- Proactively understand evolving market landscape and liaison with suitable talent for current and future opportunities
- Prepare and circulate action-oriented dashboards and other talent analytics apropos to the function
Expected skill sets:
- Experience in managing MBA campus recruiting program
- Ability to develop relationships, and collaborate across levels
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and solution-orientation with limited directions
- Articulate, and able to express thoughts clearly - in oral as well as written communication
