- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-tech and shared service corporate functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent while ensuring stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
