Talent Acquisition Role - BFSI/IT

- Recruiting experience of 3 to 8 years in the tech space

- A proficient understanding of the technologies deployed in the investment banking space would be an added advantage 

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work among a diverse workforce at different organizational levels

- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions within the team

- Ability to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

- Prior People management experience would be required
