Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is an integral member of the Human Resources function. This individual will be responsible for the full range of the talent acquisition and development activities including recruiting processes, which also includes Manpower planning, strategizing on-roll and off-roll hiring plans,making policy framework for the same with Talent management, on-boarding programs and Talent development planning.
In partnership with the talent acquisition specialist team, they will identify skills, education and experience level requirements and preferences for all disciplines.
This individual will also effectively partner with the functional leaders to identify appropriate sourcing methods and ensure that we follow the company's hiring process in a consistent and effective manner.
- Transformation of approach towards talent acquisition, advise and influence senior leaders on the talent acquisition strategy.
- Help leaders to identify where their organization should invest and pipeline talent.
- Facilitate effective talent acquisition discussions with leaders and help them forecast their talent needs in line with the
function and business strategy.
- Develop best practices for hiring managers and interview teams, create interview guidelines, feedback forms and tools.
- Create meaningful metrics to measure improvements in the experience, success, and impact on the organization.
- Manage specific talent initiatives and participate in other cross-functional initiatives.
