- Source & attract top talent for specific verticals across the region by creating innovative strategies to locate& select talent
- Execute the annual employee recruitment plan along with Business/ Regional heads
- Recruitment against attritions& vacant positions as per business/ manpower plan
- Ensuring the actual are maintained against the budget through quality hiring
- Ensuring healthy source mix & devising plan to promote low cost sourcing channels
- Manage& improve efficiency in offer to joining ratio, joining to sustenance period
- Vendor Management & stakeholder management- hold regular meetings with business stakeholders & external stakeholders to review & define sourcing needs& develop sourcing strategies for short & long term requirements
