Purpose of the role:
- The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment process.
- This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing, and attracting the right candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from the beginning till onboarding.
- The incumbent will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the timely filling of open positions with qualified candidates.
Functional Skills :
- Knowledge and exposure to sourcing profiles from various job portals.
- Understanding of salary structures & bands.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition.
- Experience in working on MS-Office.
Behavioral Skills Required :
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management.
Job Responsibilities:
1 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and prioritize recruitment efforts.
2 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
3 Creation of Job descriptions in consultation with the hiring managers and update the same on a regular basis.
4 Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks as per the requirements of the JD.
5 Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and making job offers.
6 Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities.
7 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices.
8 Ensure engagement of the offered candidates until their joining.
9 Development hiring dashboards and metrics.
Minimum Qualification MBA /PGDM HR & 60% and above throughout.
Years of experience 3-5 years.
Skills: talent acquisition and management, recruitment, negotiation skills.
