- Understanding the Client Requirements and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates

- Including sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates for interviews

- Strong Communication Skills - The ability to communicate effectively is a core skill required to be a successful recruiter

- Quick Learner - Ability to quickly use and understand the various tools and, processes that ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction

- Comfortable communicating in English
