Driving various initiatives like Internal Career Opportunity, Candidate Experience, Employee Referrals, designing practices on-boarding, Campus recruitment and various TA/HR events (Jobs for Her, GHCI, Tedx, HR Tech Summit etc.) and working closely towards Great Place To Work.
In this role they will be responsible for setting up and running programs like branding, campus hiring, D&I and setting up recruitment processes.
The potential candidate -
1. Needs to be familiar with TA but not be an expert in hiring.
2. Must be strong on project and stakeholder management and be able to think pragmatically in short and long term goals
3. Must have prior experience of owning and managing at least one program
4. Must be smart, quick on uptake of information, well organized, driven and systematic
5. Must have comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
Full time MBA is preferred.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the TA head.
