- Worked on Executive Leadership Talent Needs (Senior Management / CXO Level) for reputed clients. The role involves extensive Industry Knowledge.

- Mapping and organization research, Executive research, Organization structures, Talent mapping, Cultural Assessment and various modes of Headhunting.

- Responsible for end-to-end execution of executive search mandates. Managing delivery on Mandates across sectors Hospitality, BFSI, Retail and Ecommerce Sectors.

- Create robust project plans to serve as a basis for conducting searches which includes client company research, mapping organization structure, role specifications, detailed research plan, key stakeholders, and delivery milestones.

- Create candidate assessment reports to provide a crisp summary of the candidate's profile demonstrating his/her suitability for the role. Providing support to clients in their candidate calibration discussions through detailed candidate reports with our assessment on fitment for the role.

- Developing Organization maps and Org Charts - creating internal org structures of the prospect companies. Key focus being identification of reporting lines and hierarchies within a group.

- Meeting CEO / CTO/ VP's and build a good network among clients. Accept challenges in the market.

- Responsible for the strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.

- Take ownership of the management of the branding and marketing functions of the business.

- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business

- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads

- Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business.

- Analysing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate.

- Setting targets for new business development for the business development managers and executives.
