Talent Acquisition Partner - Telecom
We are seeking to hire a senior level Talent Acquisition Partner to manage talent acquisition strategy and execution for a large BU of a global technology major.
The Role :
- As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for strategy and execution of value added recruitment activities and being the subject matter expert for all level hires for both technology and non-technology roles.
- By establishing and managing strong relationships with key hiring managers and stakeholders, you will own, promote and contribute to processes, hiring strategies, interview design and planning, candidate experience and selection and offer negotiation
Key responsibilities :
- Take full ownership of and manage the hiring plans for your business lines
- Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs and outsourced partners to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans
- Influence and drive sourcing strategies to support the hiring mandates
- Proactively connect with top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and leadership positions
- Utilize all conventional and non-conventional sourcing channels such as social-media, skill-specific websites, professional and social networking sites/groups, search engines and possible forums to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for positions
- Generate data-driven market insights, utilize data to continuously evolve the sourcing strategies
- Deliver the best candidate experience by developing a sell strategy and techniques that attract top-tier talent
- Collaborate with the regional Talent Acquisition lead and business partners to support regional and global recruitment strategies internally and externally
Your Profile :- MBA or equivalent
- 12-15 years recruitment or equivalent experience either in-house and/or agency in technical and/or sales hiring
- Strong sourcing ability utilizing multiple, creative sourcing avenues across a wide range of technical and engineering disciplines
- Proven track record of strategy to execution for campus hiring including employer brand building, for technology and management
- Experience of hiring for high-value roles at a senior level
- Outstanding project and program management skills; productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
- Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management supporter
- Ability to work independently with limited direction
- Strong detail orientation, follow up and organizational skills
- Adaptability: work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations
