Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical)
Principal Responsibilities :
- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive technical hiring to meet objectives
- Innovative sourcing and ensure a high-touch candidate experience
- Facilitate and lead key initiatives with hiring managers. Provide market insights to the team
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders Compile & analyse data and metrics to support business decisions
- Work with cross-functional partners and other leaders within the organisation to strategie different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in technical hiring in both pipeline and requisition-based environments
- Liaising and guiding the hiring managers on the selection of candidates throughout the end-to-end involvement, e.g. CV review, interview feedback, etc. ensuring best fit for the role
- Maintaining networks in critical technical sectors to facilitate effective passive recruitment
Knowledge / Education :
- Post-graduation with graduation in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E)
- Recruiting/staffing experience in a corporate setup, professional services/consulting, or high-tech industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Confident, tactful, resilient, and demonstrating high levels of integrity.
- Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates by utilizing a variety of methods including networking, online and offline advertising, internet search, database searching, etc.
- Previous experience of working with ATS (applicant tracking system) or vacancy management systems
- Driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines
