Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a talent-focused Recruiter. - We are looking for someone who wants to Shift Careers who will work from the Mumbai office and have the flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring talent for various roles and industries focused on the VC and PE ecosystems including portfolio startups.

Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in any discipline

- At least 3-8 years of experience in a different industry than recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

- Ability to work effectively in a team, and to multitask and prioritize workload

- High level of conscientiousness and detail orientation at work
