We are looking out for a strong Talent Acquisition Partner for one our clients to be based at Mumbai.
- The individual should should be an MBA in HR (full time) with 5-8 yrs experience and have worked as a specialist in Talent Acquisition, managed large number of volumes in hiring across levels.
- The person should have used all channels for recruitment and be an aggressive number oriented person with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- The incumbent should have managed end to end TA cycle and ensuring alignment of acquisition with business objectives and overall TA strategy.
- Should be able to create a stable and well-qualified talent pipeline as a proactive measure anticipating the gaps.
- Would drive structured inductions and mentoring programs for new joinees
- Look at Manpower productivity monitoring, sourcing and managing the onboarding process
- Partner with the line to create and implement capacity building initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to Turn Around Times (TAT) on all HR services matters in sync, prepare and present the Talent Acquisition dash board for management reviews.
- Candidates who are available for joining at the earliest would be preferred.
