Talent Acquisition Partner - Bank
Our Client, a Leading Private Bank is urgently looking (immediate joiners preferred) out for a TA Partner to be based at Mumbai.
- We are looking at smart recruiters, MBA - 2 yrs full time with minimum 5 years' experience, managed end to end talent acquisition role (sourcing to onboarding) in a Bank or a Staffing/ Recruitment Firm managing Banking vertical.
- Experience of TA in Banking is a must.
- The incumbent should be a Talent Acquisition specialist who has worked in a dynamic aggressive environment, managed large number of recruitments.
- The person should have the capability of managing the key business stake holders, work directly on the Talent Acquisition front and be able to support the TA requirements for the businesses to ensure business continuity. Stakeholder Management and working closely with business units in order to understand the bottle necks and providing best possible solution
- The individual should have worked on all possible sourcing Mix, should be able to manage sourcing individually through various channels like jobsites, social media, referrals and networking.
- Partnering with Business to create agility of decision-making Sticking and managing SLAs with line so that recruitment is faster and pro-active
- Timely connect to offered candidates in order to avoid last moment drop outs.
- A go getter with excellent communication skills and be able to achieve all recruitment mandates fulfilled within time lines.
