- Understanding the business process and ability maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

- Ability to identify, analyse and develop improvements to processes and/or procedures

- Manage recruiting operations with ability to analyse data and drive vendor strategy

Profile :

- 10+ years of experience in TA Operations

- Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

- Proven track record of operational excellence in the HR realm

- Broad knowledge of HR concepts, processes and their inter-dependencies
